Film is not dead workshop (Part II) // Los Angeles, CA

As I mentioned earlier this week I got to attend the extremely awesome Film Is Not Dead workshop in Los Angeles last month (I'm still giddy about it). If you missed part 1 you can look  back here! The second half of each day at the workshop we went out and shot for a few hours - obviously since it's a photography workshop ;) The first day was focused on couples/engagements/wedding and we had 3 sets of wonderful couples come model for us. The best part is that they're fellow FINDers! You may be thinking what the heck does that mean or how would that make a difference? Well, let me tell you! It was so awesome to work with people who had been in the same shoes as us attendees - understanding that we're practicing things we've just learned and still getting the hang of shooting with film. And on top of it all they were all so sweet and appreciative to be able to model for us. Umm, hello! It should be the other way around! And it was...don't get me wrong :) I think I can speak for all of us attendees when I say we were super grateful that these couples took time out of their busy schedules to come put up with a bunch of rookies! Since all of these lovely people are awesome photographers you should totally take a minute to check them out! :) In order of couples - Michael Radford, Ashley Kelemen, and Harmony Ruiz.   Hugs,Lauren Again - all images developed and scanned be the FINDlab!   Los Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford PhotographyLos Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford PhotographyLos Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford PhotographyLos Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford PhotographyLos Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford PhotographyLos Angeles film photography by Lauren Guilford Photography
