yellow fields forever.

We started off trudging our way through this open field, being careful not to get snagged by those darn stickery weeds. In southern California these flowery weed fields are all over during the spring, but since it's almost summer most of them are dying off or are gone by now. We lucked out that this one was so close, and FULL of flowered weeds. The pictures are of the graduating senior, Kellie, with a bit of Jenn (cousins) in them. Dealt with a lot of wind, but was a fun way to end my day. Luckily I was smart enough to be wearing a sweater, the beach is always cold in the evening...especially with that bit of wind. with love, Lauren
