“THERE IS A SECRET IN OUR CULTURE,

AND IT’S NOT THAT BIRTH IS PAINFUL. IT’S THAT WOMEN ARE STRONG.”

Worried about bringing that sweet little baby home and navigating life with a newborn? Fear not, I’ve got you covered with my postpartum services!

It’s become the norm to focus SO MUCH on birth (which is super important!!), but completely overlook postpartum and that, my friend, is a massive mistake. While birth is huge, postpartum is where the shit hits the fan. It can be such an overwhelming time for new parents, and without proper support, can truly deplete both you and your partner. And no one wants that.

There is an analogy in the birth community used to describe how our culture treats postpartum women.. Imagine a mother and her child are like a candy in a wrapper; the candy itself being the baby, and the wrapper the mother. And what do we do once we have candy? We throw away the wrapper…

And that is NOT okay.

Whether this is your first or 5th baby, you, the mother, deserved to be mothered. Let me help support your postpartum journey so that you are able to be the best version of yourself for your baby; your family.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT BEGINNING AT $40/HR.
